Part 1

Review the fundamentals of rigging while you lay out the foundation on your advanced mech rig and set the asset up for success with this production-ready structure and organization techniques.

Part 2

Begin setting up the forward and inverse kinematics systems with the ability to dynamically switch between the two to maximize the rig's flexibility for animation.

Part 3

Finalize the mech rig by adding several layers of complexity on top of the rig that dynamically animates with little or no effort from animation. Learn the basics of skinning to deform the wire mesh objects.

Bonus

Go through the production processes of implementations to the rig post submission for animation. Learn different expressions to tackle complex challenges. Finally, stress the rig by setting up a test animation.
